Are we allowed to wear any color other than BLACK?
No ma'am, No sir. We'd LOVE to see our friends and family dress up with us!! We are requesting formal cocktail attire for our wedding. Your invitation will include the color palette on the "Details" card. Please, no jeans, T-shirts, or flip-flops or anything in shades of white.
The guest attire is formal wear, "All Black" attire.
Will a guest be unable to enter venue without black on?
YES, it is required for guest to wear formal "All Black" attire.
Are guest allowed to take pictures and videos?
The Bride and Groom request an UNPLUGGED ceremony. This means once the Ceremony starts, IT IS OUR wish that all cellphones will be silenced and put away. Cellphones will be welcomed during cocktail hour and the reception.
We know everyone will want to capture footage of their own, we ask that you do not post any footage until after the ceremony. We do not want to see one another via social media platforms before we SAY I DO!!!
Are children allowed at the Wedding Ceremony or Reception?
While we love children, this is a 18+ event. No children other than the ones participating in the wedding ceremony. We look forward to this being an eventful Kid FREE evening for the parents :-)
Can I bring a Plus One to the wedding?
We can only accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.
What time should I arrive at the Wedding?
It's recommended to arrive early enough for parking, to find a seat, enjoy a welcome beverage, and socialize before the ceremony begins. We recommend 30-45 minutes before the Ceremony. We will begin ON TIME. Once the doors shut, they will not open again until the Ceremony is over. We would hate for any of you to miss witnessing our union, so we ask please refer to your invitation for specific times.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and a charcuterie spread.
When should I RSVP?
Please RSVP by (no later than), May 1, 2025. Earlier responses are always appreciated! You can RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab on the site.
Is there a designated seating arrangement at the reception?
Yes and NO! Yes because, specific family members will have designated seating. No because, We're all one big happy family! Sit where you want!!!
Can I make a toast or speech at the wedding?
Toasts and speeches are usually reserved for the wedding party, close family members, or designated individuals. While we would love to hear speeches from everyone we simply don't have the time.
Is there parking at the venue?
Certainly! Parking is available conveniently in the parking lot as the venue. However, due to limited space and our commitment to a safe celebration, we recommend considering alternative transportation options like using the Host Hotel's Shuttle Service, Uber or Lyft, especially since alcohol will be served during the event. Your safety is our priority, and we want everyone to enjoy the festivities responsibly.
Is there an OPEN BAR?
Certainly NOT!!! The drinks are on you and the HANGOVER is TOO!!! However, check out the signature Bride and Groom drink! Cheers to celebrating together!!
